Process for Change/ Update Address and Other Details
- In this form, you must fill in the information on behalf of your first candidate. Include the evidence of change of address or other specifics.

If applicants do not provide proof of changing of address, he may certify the form to the following individuals
- Gazetted Officer - Group A
- Village Panchayat Head, or Mukhiya
- Gazetted Officer - Group B
- MP/ MLA/ MLC/ Muncipal Councilor
- Tehsildar
- Head of Recognized Education Institution
- Superintendent/ Warden/ Matron/ Head Institution
- Shelter houses/Orphanages that are recognized as shelter houses
- Officer EPFO
- In this case, you have to go to the nearest Aadhaar Center along with this Form to make an application for the alteration of your address, and you can apply online for the change of address in Aadhaar Number through this address change link
UIDAI permits the users of Aadhaar cardsto change their address without requiring any documents. Aadhaar cardholders could alter their address even if they didn't provide evidence of their identity.
New Delhi: The Unique Identification Authority of India has temporarily suspended a vital service that allows you to change the address of your Aadhaar card's address with no document of your address.
UIDAI lets those who have Aadhaar cards to change their address and address without any proof of identity. Aadhaar card holders can alter their address once they are able to consent to the authentication that the address verifyer. An address verifier can be a close friend, relative landlord, family member or even a friend that allows the Aadhaar card user to use their address to prove their identity.
UIDAI has stopped this facility. UIDAI responds to an Aadhaar Card user by tweeting the capability to change the address on Aadhaar Card by submitting an Address Validation Letter has been removed. UIDAI has requested for the Aadhaar Issuers to inform users that they can update their address using a legitimate PoA document.

UIDAI list the following documents listed as POA documents (Proof of Address) documents that contain Name and Address for Aadhaar cards
Passport
Statement/Passbook for Post Office Accounts
Driving licence
Water Bill (not more than 3 months)
Telephone Landline Bill (not older that 3 months)
Credit Card Statement (not over 3 months).).
Photograph of signature and signature of Registered company on letterhead
Pensioner Card
Freedom Fighter Card
Kissan Passbook
Passport of Spouse
The passport of the parents (in instances of minors)
Central/ State Govt. It issued an allotment order to accommodate. (Not for more than 3 consecutive years.)
Bhamashah Card/Jan-Aadhaar card issued by the Governmentt. Rajasthan
Certificate issued by the Superintendentor Wardenor Matron/ Head of Institution of a recognized shelter orphanages, etc. on UIDAI standard certificate format for enrolment/ update
